Terms and Conditions – Mixing and Mastering Services

1. Booking and payment
To book a mixing or mastering session, payment in full in advance is required.
Payment for the service secures the reservation of studio time and the start of the technical work. No session will be considered confirmed until payment has been received and verified.

2. Nature of the service
Mastering and mixing are bespoke technical and artistic processes, adapted specifically to the audio material and to each client’s instructions.
Each job is carried out individually and uniquely, on the tracks and specifications provided.

3. Delivery of material
The client is responsible for delivering the audio files under the required technical conditions (format, resolution, sync, etc.).
Any error or deficiency in the files sent may affect the final result.

4. Revisions
Unless otherwise agreed, the service includes one (1) round of minor revisions at no additional cost. Additional revisions may carry an extra cost according to the rate in force.
Revisions must be requested within a maximum of 7 calendar days after delivery of the work.

5. Refund policy
Due to the nature of the service (intangible, bespoke, and artistic and technical in character), no returns or refunds are accepted once the final master or mix has been delivered.

The fact that the result does not match the client’s subjective expectations or personal taste is not considered a breach nor a valid ground for a refund.
The studio undertakes to carry out the work professionally, following the technical and creative instructions provided by the client, and applying its professional judgement and experience.

Claims will only be accepted in the following exceptional cases:

Verifiable technical faults in the final file (for example: clicks, dropouts, noise or other objective and tangible defects).

Manifest failure to meet the technical specifications (for example: format errors in the delivered file) agreed in writing beforehand.

In such cases, the studio will offer to correct the error free of charge. If it is not technically possible to resolve it, proportionate compensation will be considered.
Outside these cases, the service is considered to have been correctly provided.

6. Right of withdrawal
Under the Spanish General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007), the right of withdrawal does not apply to services that have been completed and that are bespoke or produced to the client’s specifications.
Therefore, once the work has begun and the agreed result has been delivered, no right of return will exist.

7. Intellectual property and use of the material
The client retains all rights over their original works. The studio reserves the right to keep copies for archival or promotional purposes, solely with the client’s express prior consent.
